This is an interesting dress that depending on how the light shines on it you see brown or green or both.

The dress is open on the side in this photo i just wanted a straight on shot of the dress and did not dare close it up for fear of hurting it.
This is the smallest dress I am guessing mom wore it about 7th-9th grade at the most which seems sort of odd considering the style of the dress.

I finished sewing the gingham dress on Sunday but I as most know can not leave something plain Jane or the way a pattern tells me to do. I have to add something to make it a little more special or a little more me.

This is the largest of the dresses and I would guess she wore it when she was pregnant with her oldest two children by the fact that the waist and chest measurement are the same.

This is a military inspired 6 button black sheath dress. The dress is a true black just hard to photograph black. It isn't gun metal gray.
